Co-owned Kitco’s 12-repository, 20+-service platform for 24M+ annual users and 372M annual sessions; delivered a zero-downtime Solr upgrade and cut Cloud SQL CPU from 100% to about 20%.

Selling real tickets since around 2021 on Laravel and Next.js with Redsys card payments. The v2 rewrite carries the payment flow behind a provider interface, with authentication and SQL-backed data integrity.

ZoneMirror — open-source real-time DNS sync for cPanel and Cloudflare

Designed and published an MIT-licensed cPanel/WHM plugin that mirrors Zone Editor changes into Cloudflare in real time — multi-tenant, per-user encrypted tokens, systemd-supervised worker, PHPStan level 8, and a PHPUnit CI matrix for PHP 8.2, 8.3, and 8.4.

Vexa Mail Insight — self-hosted DMARC observability in production

Built and operate an Apache-2.0 DMARC report platform: an IMAP poller that unpacks zipped aggregate reports, a hardened XML parser, and a single-container UI over SQLite. The September 16, 2026 snapshot recorded 55 configured domains and reports covering 63,329 messages. Distributed as a container and a Helm chart signed from version 0.3.1.

Denver TAQ-102 — a bargain-bin tablet on Linux, and two patches upstream

Ported a 2019 Android tablet too slow to play music to Linux 7.3, with a working touchscreen lighting desk confirmed on September 17, 2026. A WiFi failure that survived every hardware theory turned out to be a missing step in a driver power-up table; both fixes were applied to the rtw88 maintainer tree at Realtek.

My test suite took 19 minutes. Now it takes 32 seconds.

A lighting-show generator suite, measured at 32 seconds with 463 tests after optimization on September 22, 2026: one parser called 620,951 times per pass, cached once; the XML walk moved into C; findings diffed byte for byte; then 12 workers behind a file lock. A budget gate now turns red if it ever creeps back.
